The Non-surgical Facelift is a safe and effective way to achieve a fresh, more youthful appearance with less downtime and expense than undergoing surgery. The Non-surgical Facelift uses a combination of small procedures including dermal fillers, BOTOX® and lasers to improve sagging skin, fine lines, wrinkles and age spots. There is no cutting involved. Dermal fillers such as Radiesse™, Restylane® and Juvéderm™ are used to restore volume and fill facial lines and wrinkles. BOTOX® is used to smooth lines of facial expression including frown lines, forehead lines and crow’s feet around the eyes. Laser or IPL is used for removal of age spots and skin tightening. The Non-surgical Facelift is a safe and effective in-office procedure that takes approximately one hour. It does not require general anesthesia and there is no extended recovery time. Dr. Maragh will tailor your treatment to your individual needs.
BOTOX® Cosmetic is commonly used to reduce or eliminate the appearance of facial wrinkles.
It is injected under the skin into areas surrounding the eyes, forehead and mouth to smooth crow’s feet, frown and worry lines, and lines on the neck. Made from a purified protein, BOTOX® relaxes wrinkles and gives the face a rejuvenated look. BOTOX® may also be useful for migraine headaches, excessive sweating, and eye and neck muscle spasms.
Restylane-L® is a clear gel formulation of hyaluronic acid that is specifically formulated to act like your body’s own hyaluronic acid, adding volume and fullness to the skin.
The product can be used to add volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as the lines from your nose to the corners of your mouth (nasolabial folds). Restylane-L may also be used for lip enhancement. Restylane®-L is designed to smooth wrinkles, sculpt lips and shape facial contours. With its unique ability to bind with water, Restylane-L remains in your skin for many months, giving long-lasting rejuvenating results. Restylane-L is combined with lidocaine, (a numbing agent) which has made the treatment experience much more comfortable for our patients.
Radiesse® is a synthetic injectable filler that reduces wrinkles, creases and scars by augmenting the body’s natural collagen supply. It can be used on many areas of the body, including the lips, nasolabial folds, peri-oral lines, depressed scars and oral commissures. Treatments typically take 15 minutes and require only local anesthetic. Results are visible immediately after the injection and can last for 12 to 18 months in most patients.*

Juvéderm® Ultra Plus XC & Juvéderm® Voluma XC
Touted as the “next generation” of facial fillers, Juvéderm® injectable gels gently smooth wrinkles and folds around the mouth and nose and restore a youthful volume to the face.
Juvéderm®XC is made with hyaluronic acid, a natural substance found in the body that works with collagen and elastin to provide volume and support to the skin. It is manufactured using HYLACROSS™ technology, creating a smooth-consistency gel. It is infused with lidocaine to improve comfort during treatment. Juvéderm® is especially effective on smile lines and “parentheses” (nasolabial folds) that run from the bottom of the nose to the sides of the mouth. Treatment takes only 15 minutes with immediate results and no downtime. Results typically last about 9 months or more .*
JUVÉDERM VOLUMA™ XC injectable gel is the first and only filler FDA-approved to instantly add volume to the midface cheek area. As we age, the rate at which our skin sheds and replenishes itself slows down. This leaves a layer of dead cells on the surface of the skin, contributing to an aged appearance. Facials help exfoliate the damaged layer to reveal the younger, healthier skin beneath. Some of the ingredients used can be natural fruits and plant extracts, essential oils, vitamins, collagen and elastin. Facials reduce the signs of aging and can also improve skin conditions such as acne, dry or oily skin, and uneven texture or pigmentation. Facials are tailored to each patient for optimal results.
HydraFacial is an invigorating treatment that can be given in as little as 30 minutes. It delivers long-term skin health and can be tailored to meet the specific needs of all skin types. It offers instant, noticeable results with no downtime or irritation. The HydraFacial treatment removes dead skin cells and extracts impurities while simultaneously bathing the new skin with cleansing, hydrating and moisturizing serums. The treatment is soothing, refreshing, non-irritating and immediately effective.
Collagen is the foundation of our skin, providing volume and tone for a youthful, healthy complexion. As we age, collagen production drastically declines, which can cause sagging, laxity and an overall aging appearance. Suitable for all skin types, INFINI delivers radiofrequency energy deep into the dermis to stimulate collagen production without damaging the outer layers of the skin, which results in a firmer, smoother, more radiant appearance, all with little-to-no recovery time. Not only does INFINI treat sagging skin of the face and neck, it delivers superior results with acne scarring, hyperhidrosis and other conditions.
Chemical peels remove damaged outer layers of skin on the face to smooth texture, reduce scarring, and remove blemishes and pre-cancerous growths to produce healthy, glowing skin. Peel formulas and strengths are tailored to each patient. Peels can be combined with other procedures such as facelifts for a younger look. They may be covered by insurance if they are performed for medical rather than cosmetic reasons.
